Bron - CTO, Fumbl.AI
Bron brings a wealth of experience in software development, consulting, and management to Fumbl.AI, leveraging his extensive background to drive innovation in AI technology. Beginning his career in Silicon Valley at Cybersound Studio, he excelled in diverse programming environments. At InstallShield, he consulted for Fortune 500 giants such as IBM, HP, Microsoft, and GM, honing his skills in operations management and training. During the dot-com era, Bron held pivotal engineering roles at Remedy, Markit, Network Associates, and BMC Software, where he pioneered market-leading innovations and spearheaded one of the earliest large-scale SaaS help desk deployments, earning him the Nova award.
Bron’s career continued to flourish as he joined The Pursuant Group, leading development efforts for Unifyer, an innovative product for non-profits. Later, he ventured into data analytics, contributing to early data science initiatives following the market downturn. In 2007, Bron founded Brontech, scaling the consulting business to serve prominent clients such as Autodesk and American Airlines. His tenure as CTO at Beakn saw the development of a hyper-local marketing application utilizing Bluetooth beacon technology.
Returning to Pursuant as Director of Software Development for TouchPoint, a church management SaaS, Bron transformed the tech stack and drove significant growth and recognition. Now at Fumbl.AI, Bron applies his seasoned expertise to advance AI capabilities, leading the company with a commitment to innovation, excellence, and customer success.
Bron is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development, consulting, and management. Starting his career in Silicon Valley with Cybersound Studio, he quickly excelled in various programming environments. At InstallShield, he worked with Fortune 500 companies like IBM, HP, Microsoft, and GM as a consultant, trainer, and operations manager.
During the dot-com bubble, Bron held engineering roles at Remedy, Markit, Network Associates, and BMC Software. At BMC, he introduced market-leading innovations, significantly improving system performance and leading one of the first large-scale SaaS help desk deployments, earning him the Nova award.
Bron then joined The Pursuant Group as a development manager, creating Unifyer, a cutting-edge product for non-profit organizations. After the market crash led to its discontinuation, he developed data analytics tools, contributing to early data science efforts.
In 2007, Bron founded Brontech, a consulting business that grew to 17 employees and served clients like Autodesk and American Airlines. He later became CTO at Beakn, developing a hyper-local marketing application with Bluetooth beacon technology.
Bron returned to Pursuant as the director of software development for TouchPoint, a church management SaaS, transforming the tech stack and achieving significant growth and recognition.

Tim Colman - President, Fumbl.AI
Tim brings over 30 years of expertise in professional sales and management across financial services and software (UCaaS/SaaS) industries to his role as President of Fumbl.AI. His extensive experience has honed his resilience, adaptability, persistence, and collaborative leadership.
For the past decade, Tim has excelled in Vertical Development Strategies within software technologies, effectively managing cross-departmental and international initiatives to bring global projects to market. He has forged robust relationships with Channel and Strategic Technology Partners, driving product awareness and positioning to meet the needs of partners and clients.
Tim’s skills encompass relationship building, collaboration, analysis, communication, enhancing efficiencies, negotiations, and leadership. Holding a BS degree in Political Science/Pre-Law, his diverse background includes roles in real estate management and the mortgage industry before transitioning to SaaS sales. At Jive Communications, which was later acquired by GoTo, Tim played a pivotal role in partnership development and revenue growth, significantly increasing annual vertical recurring revenue (ARR) by over 150% year-over-year, reaching $11 million in the past 12 months for his initiatives alone.
